The Theatre Organ

The first Theatre Organ was a Conn 642. Later, a 651 which was followed by a 653, the last of the series. When Digital samples became widly available midi was added to the organ, and eventually all the analog gear was removed and a fourth manual added. With Milan Digital’s Hauptwerk software running on a Mac Pro it plays a number of classical and theatre organs. The scores for the movies are recorded with a sample set from Paramount Organ Works with four manuals and 50 ranks.
